Maptours are guided explorations of a chapter or series of related chapters in
the
Online Learning Project. They can be accessed through the Maptours page
or individual
Chapter pages.
Maptours appear as a slideshow format in a box that pops up on your screen.
Clicking through
the pages and following the suggested directions will lead you
through the maps and related
information in a Chapter, and show you some of
the interesting ways of viewing and interacting
with the maps and other data.
As you go, clicking on the thumbnail in the top right corner
of each page will
show you a view of what your screen should look like. If you wish to print
the
maptour to follow while doing the actions on your screen, a printer-friendly
pdf file is
provided for that purpose.
