    The Pond, Arrowsmith, and Taylor maps are from the collection at the PAC. The Hodgson map is from the collection in the HBC Archives, PAM. The original of the Thompson map is in the Ontario Archives; the version on this plate is based on a simplified drawing of the Thompson map published by the Champlain Society.
